A Thought is not a Fact
Do you know how many thoughts you will have today? Science tells us it can be up to 60,000. But of course, many of these thoughts happen in your unconscious mind, like a computer program running in the background while you complete a different task.
How you value these thoughts will determine everything from your mood, energy, and health. A positive mindset generating good thoughts will drive a better belief system, help you create meaningful connections and make healthier choices.
It's important to be realistic. You cannot expect to bounce out of bed filled with a non-stop stream of positivity. Life doesn’t work that way.
But you can ask the big question of any negative THOUGHT that comes into your mind:
“IS THIS REALLY TRUE?”
